When will I receive any goods purchased on-line?

Babybits will confirm your transaction via email within a few minutes of you successfully placing your order.

Upon dispatch we will send an email to the person who placed the order advising them of delivery details.

How long is your product warranty?

We offer a six months warranty with all products

How can I pay for goods?

Our on line site accepts all major credit cards except Amex 

How many items do you carry in stock?

We currently hold most items in stock, if we do not have stocks of any item we will order in from the manufacturers that will take anything from 7 to 28 days.  You can also let us know when you would like delivery i.e. next day right up to 6 months away and we will arrange for the item/s to be delivered then.

Is there any way of checking that the car seat will fit my car before purchasing?

Yes there are a number of ways.Firstly many local councils have a road safety team who can advise on the correct seat for you vehicle.Another way is to use an on line car seat tester.One example is the Britax car seats  web site FIT FINDER which can be accessed at www.britax.co.uk
